The director of the village school in the aul Beskol (Northern Kazakhstan) prohibited the crew of the Khabar 24 TV channel from filming in front of the school. The school director referred to some decree of sanitary doctors, according to which only students and staff can be in the building. At the same time, the journalists were filming outside, not inside the school.
