Additional information:

Roskomnadzor blocked the websites of Sakhcom and Sakhalin.info, which belong to the same company, at the request of the General Prosecutor's Office. Sakhkom reported that its website was blocked at night, and the company received no warnings. The reasons for blocking are unknown.
