Observers at one of the districts of the village Patara Garejvari noticed a car with a Russian plate number giving out cash to people. The information about this has been published by the Qartli.ge. In a few minutes editor Saba Tsitsikashvili, who was at one the precincts, was told by a Central Election Commission member that someone was waiting for him outside. He was met by the village head and his wife. They yelled at him and insulted him. He had to call the police.
