The Leninsky District Court of Hrodna has declared the video resources of the Grodno-based website s13.ru to be extremist informational material. These include the s13.ru TikTok account (identifier: tiktok.com/@s13.ru) and the s13.ru YouTube channels (identifiers: youtube.com/@s13ru_official and youtube.com/channel/UCnhD4-a0VQHsaWMSHC7LF6Q). The outlet’s website itself had previously been declared prohibited, at the end of October 2024. On the basis of the court ruling, the Ministry of Information of Belarus added the online resource to the “Republican List of Extremist Materials”. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials recognised as extremist entails administrative liability for both publishers and users.
