The Arbitration Court of the Ryazan Region partially upheld a lawsuit filed by the local utility company Light City and its executives against RZN.info for protection of honour, dignity, and business reputation. The publication reported on violations of the law by the company's management. The court ordered the publication to retract several phrases from the article and pay the plaintiffs 40,000 rubles (434 EUR) in compensation for moral damage. The proceedings had been ongoing since 2021.
