Butyrsky District Court of Moscow arrested Ruslan Terekhov for ten days on the charge of disobeying the legal demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The photographer was going to cover a rally concert in Luzhniki on the 8th anniversary of the annexation of Crimea. Terekhov was detained when he left his home. The report states that the journalist «refused to show the content of the lens cases».
