The Moscow Arbitration Court ordered Navalny supporters Ruslan Shaveddinov and Oleg Yemelyanov to remove their video about chief designer of the Soyuz plant Mkrtich Okroyan and his family's property abroad, posted on the Navalny LIVE YouTube channel in February 2023. Alexey Navalny was listed as the third defendant in the case, which sought to protect the plaintiff's business reputation, but the claims against him were dropped. The defendants refused to comply with the court's decision.
