Ruslan Raviaka, the editor of the Baranovichi -based newspaper Intex-press, was summoned to the city police department for questioning. At the police station, the journalist learned that an administrative case was initiated against him for the storage of materials included in the list of extremist content (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). It turned out that a file – the book by Adolf Hitler «Mein Kampf» – was found in the computer seized from Ruslan by KGB officers in July 2021. As the journalist himself explains, he started using this computer sometime in 2013-2015, and the file with the book is marked 2007. In the report, Raviaka wrote that he plead not guilty, as he did not know how the file appeared on his computer.
