The court arrested the property of the defendants in cases of «military fakes» (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) — journalist Andrey Soldatov, blogger Michael Naсke and founder of Conflict Intelligence Team Ruslan Leviev. Leviev, in particular, had his motorcycle arrested. According to the head of Agora Pavel Chikov, another defendant under Article 207.3 also had his property arrested.
