The Investigative Committee has opened a second criminal case on «fakes» about the army against the founder of the Conflict Intelligence Team Ruslan Leviev. He is accused of spreading «fakes» motivated by hatred (Paragraph E of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The reason for the prosecution was the broadcast with Leviev on the YouTube channel Popular Politics on March 9, where he spoke about the Russian airstrike on a hospital in Mariupol.
