The Cheremushkinsky District Court of Moscow has fined the founder of Conflict Intelligence Team Ruslan Leviev RUB 45,000 for four posts in a Telegram channel without «foreign agent» labelling, published in February-March 2023. The posts were dedicated to the anniversary of the death of The Insider journalist Oksana Baulina in Kyiv, Leviev’s criminal case in Russia, and his relocation.
