In the summer of 2020, Roskomnadzor required the owner of the resource to submit a notification on the start of activities as an organiser of information dissemination. After that, the website removed the ability to leave comments and disabled the feedback form. Despite this, Roscomnadzor issued a warning to the portal owner, considering him guilty of failing to fulfil his obligations as an organiser of information dissemination. After that, Roskomnadzor filed a lawsuit with the court demanding to block the цуиsite until the owner submits a notice of inclusion in the register of organisers of information dissemination. On March 5, 2021, Roskomnadzor dropped the lawsuit to block the Kaliningrad portal Rugrad.eu for refusing to be included in the register of organisers of information dissemination.
