By the ruling of the administrative court in Petropavlovsk, the journalist of Open Petropavlovsk Rufiya Mustafina was fined under the article on violation of the requirements established by law for the distribution of religious literature. The reason for the trial was an interview with the Chief Imam, published on Mustafina’s personal Facebook page under the title «Frequently Asked Questions about Sacrifice». It follows from the court ruling: a personal page in the social network is not a place defined by the law, in which it is allowed to disseminate informational materials of religious content, also the Facebook page of Rufiya Mustafina is not registered as a media outlet.
