The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow fined former «What? Where? When?» club player and journalist Rovshan Askerov RUB 40,000. Askerov was found guilty of failing to provide the Ministry of Justice with a report on the activities of a «foreign agent» (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The administrative case under this article against the journalist became known in early August.
