The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow fined journalist and former former «What? Where? When?» player Rovshan Askerov RUB 40,000 for absence of the «foreign agent» label (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). In late August, Askerov was already fined RUB 40,000 under a similar report. Askerov was included in the register of «foreign agents» in December 2022. Since spring 2022, he has been wanted in a criminal case on «rehabilitation of Nazism».
