The Kirovsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don arrested 20-year-old Pavlishchev for 10 days. In early December, an administrative report was drawn up against him under the article on demonstration of extremist symbols (Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) because of the publication in social networks of the symbols of «Smart Voting» and ACF, which is declared an extremist organisation in the territory of the Russian Federation.
