In St. Petersburg, the police fined RUB 500 (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for petty hooliganism the journalist of the German TV channel ZDF Roman Schell and two cameramen who were covering the creation of the graffiti «Gulag» on Staro-Petergofsky Prospect by members of the Yav art group. The two artists had no time to finish the work and were detained along with the journalists and taken to the police. The artists were also fined RUB 500 rubles.
