Roman Dobrokhotov and his parents' flats were searched in a case of libel (Part 2 of Article 128 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The search at the journalist's house lasted 7,5 hours. As a result of the search, Dobrokhotov's passport and equipment were confiscated. He was also interrogated by the police and released as a witness. The case was initiated on the complaint of Dutch blogger Max van der Werff. Earlier, The Insider published an investigation into his links with the GRU.
