The Tagansky District Court of Moscow registered the materials of an administrative case against journalist Roman Badanin for publications without marking of a «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). It is unknown which publications were the reason for the report. Badanin was included in the register in the summer of 2021. After that, he was fined for the lack of marking in his posts and for the absence of a report on the activities of a «foreign agent».
