Kievsky District Court of Simferopol considered the case on administrative offence against the blogger Rolan Osmanov who filmed the mass detention near the Federal Security Service building on September 4 and was forcefully detained by riot police. Judge Galina Khulapova found him guilty under Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation of violating the regime of quarantine restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Osmanov was fined RUB 15,000.
