On the morning of March 15, 2023, in the Simferopol District of Crimea, Federal Security Service officers searched the apartment of the Crimean Tatar blogger Rolan Osmanov. The search took 4 hours. The lawyer was not allowed into the apartment. After the search, Osmanov was taken away by the Federal Security Service officers to participate in some actions in connection with the explosion of rails on the Crimean railway. Then, immediately after leaving the Federal Security Service building, Osmanov was detained by officers of the Center for Combating Extremism. A report under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism) was drawn up on him.
