On July 13, 2022, in Simferopol, after the detention near the building of the Supreme Court of Crimea, the blogger Rolan Osmanov was charged with two crimes: discrediting actions of the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and disobedience to legal demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
