Russian hackers have hacked and completely seized the Telegram channel of the independent Ukrainian media outlet RIA-Melitopol, which is a source of objective information for residents of occupied Melitopol. Now Russian propaganda and narratives are published there. The team of the independent project was forced to create a new Telegram channel RIA-Pivden, where it is now bringing an audience.
