The Dzerzhinsk District Court of the Minsk Region has recognised as extremist informational material the TikTok account named “reformculture” (identifier: tiktok.com/@reformculture). This social media page is affiliated with the independent Belarusian online outlet Reform.news. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added the online resource to the “Republican List of Extremist Materials”. Under the Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials recognised as extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
