The editorial board of Ratel.kz, as well as the Internet service provider servicing the media’s website, received notices from Roskomnadzor with a demand to remove the publication «How Long Will Russian Citizens Support the Russian War in Ukraine». Citing the demands of the General Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, Roskomnadzor threatened to block the news website if the publication was not removed. The journalists received no notification from the Kazakh authorities.
