Telegram channel Ras aitamyn has seen a suspicious increase in the number of subscribers since April 19. An analysis of the situation showed that all subscribers were from Russia and many had strange accounts looking like «Z-patriots». Some accounts had the same avatars. For three days, the channel’s journalists manually cleaned the channel of bots. «Cleared to the original numbers of 1840 and went to bed. In the morning, I woke up — there is 2578. And again, all over again», — the channel’s leading journalist Bagdat Asylbek wrote on Facebook. The editorial staff attributed the bot attack to a series of posts in support of Ukraine, but did not rule out other reasons.
