Local blogger Ramis Agabekov was beaten up in the town of Dagestanskie Ogni. He was saved from more serious consequences by the Rosgvardia officers who happened to be nearby. According to Agabekov, he was attacked by the same people who attacked him in November 2021. He claims that the sports coach Vagif Alibekov was among them. The attackers struck and kicked him with their hands and feet.
