Rail Kharisov had a conflict with his chief, Regina Salakhova. Her brother, the head of the executive committee of the Aktanysh regional centre, Rinaz Sharipov, beat the journalist near the administration building. The official met Kharisov near the administration and told him: «Let's talk». He started to beat him, kick him, hit him in the face. Kharisov was diagnosed with a fracture of the facial bones.
