The court fined Radio Svoboda RUB 20 million under the article on failure to remove prohibited information (Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The court considered 20 reports, each resulted in a fine of RUB one million. This included the refusal to remove materials about the war in Ukraine, which were declared «fakes».
