A magistrate of Moscow's Judicial District №423 has fined Radio Svoboda RUB 18 million for refusing to remove materials at the demand of Roskomnadzor. According to a database, Magistrate Sergey Komlev reviewed 18 reports against the radio station under an article on failure to remove prohibited information (Part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reports were drawn up due to the radio station's refusal to remove «fakes about the military operation in Ukraine».
