The Tsentralny District Court of Minsk declared three video clips posted on the YouTube channel of Radio Svaboda «extremist information materials». These are journalistic works with the titles: «Belarusians are being robbed of their property», «40 thousand appeals to the KGB», «How Lukashenka’s regime participates in the war — BelPol investigation». The Ministry of Information of Belarus, based on the court decision, included references to these publications in the Republican List of Extremist Materials. According to the Belarusian law, distribution and storage of materials declared extremist provides for administrative responsibility for both publishers and users.
