The Partizansky District Court of Minsk has recognised the resources of the online radio station Radio Plato as extremist informational material. These include the Radio Plato website (identifier: www.radioplato.by), the Radio Plato Telegram channel (identifier: t.me/radioplato), and its social media pages on Instagram (identifier: instagram.com/radio_plato?igsh=amd1MW51OGRwdzhp) and VKontakte (identifier: vk.com/radioplato). On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information has added the listed online resources to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
