Roskomnadzor has blocked a video clip in Tajik by Radio Ozodi, the Tajik service of Radio Liberty, about a trip to Ukraine by Tajik opposition activist Sharofiddin Gadoyev. He urged his compatriots not to participate in the war against Ukraine.
