A magistrate court in Moscow fined Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty projects RUB 11 million under the law on «foreign agents». The court considered 40 cases against nine media outlets, which are projects of RFE/RL LLC. In all cases, the media outlets were found guilty under the article on violation of the procedure for the activity of a foreign agent media outlet (Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
