The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has ruled that 10 orders imposing fines on Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty projects and 10 similar orders against the organisation’s director Andrey Shary were lawful. The court ruled under the article on foreign agents — Radio Liberty was accused of not marking its publications as a «foreign agent».
