Rostransnadzor fined Manyakhin RUB 32,000 under articles on violation of the rules of airspace use (Part 2 of Article 11.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and violation of the rules of aircraft operation safety (Part 5 of Article 11.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The journalist was detained in Altai on July 16 for filming from a drone. The day before, he was included in the register of «foreign agents».
