The owner of the media Exclusive, Publishing House Exclusive LLP, became a defendant in a lawsuit for the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation in connection with publications about an inheritance lawsuit. The plaintiffs demanded to recognize the information as false and discrediting their business reputation, refute the information, apologize, and pay compensation for moral damage. The court partially satisfied the lawsuit by rejecting the claims against one of the defendants. The court ordered the other three defendants, including the media owner, to refute the information, pay compensation for moral damage, and apologize in the form of a video statement. In May, the court of appeal partially upheld the complaint of Publishing House Exclusive, reversing the obligation to issue a public apology.
