On July 8, the court of general jurisdiction of Yerevan decided to involve the Public TV Company of Armenia as a third party in the case of the rector of Yerevan State Medical University Armen Muradyan against the Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Torosyan. The lawsuit was filed on October 2, 2019. The reason was Arsen Torosyan's statements on air of the Public TV Company, according to which some of Armen Muradyan's statements were called false. Arsen Torosyan also said that Armen Muradyan organized a campaign against him. The plaintiff demands the refutation of the slanderous statements through Facebook and the Public TV Company and compensation of AMD 2,000,00. The proceeding was initiated.
