The social network VKontakte blocked the page of the media outlet Pskovskaya Gubernia at the request of Roskomnadzor. From June 5 to 11, the Pskovskaya Gubernia group on VKontakte published several publications about casualties in Ukraine among mobilised soldiers from the 1009th motorised rifle regiment. At the same time, the governor of the Pskov Region confirmed the death of the regiment’s commander and the information about the captured natives of the region. According to the journalists, the agency decided to restrict access on June 13 and blocked the website two days later.
