The website of the independent media outlet Proekt (The Project) was subjected to a DDoS attack after the release of the investigation about the polygamy of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov. Roman Badanin, Proekt's editor-in-chief, said on his Facebook page: "At the same time as DDoS attack, certain individuals are flooding Youtube and TikTok with complaints with an attempt to block the expansion of the investigation on these platforms. Judging by the scale of the attack, it cost no more than the Akhmad Kadyrov's Foundation. However, the investigation was premeditated on an external domain. So enjoy it."
