The Pinsk District and City Court has designated the “Pro Info” page on the social network VKontakte (identifier: vk.com/proinfoby) as “extremist informational material”. The page published news from the Luninets District and has not been updated since February 2024. On the basis of the court ruling, the Ministry of Information of Belarus added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
