After the regional independent media outlets Mahiliou Media and 6TV.by were declared «extremist formations», the law enforcers massively searched the flats of former journalists and public activists. It is known that on December 5 and 6, the flats of Ihar Sharukha, Barys Vyrvich, Aliaksei Biriukou, Siarhei Antonau, Piotr Mihurski and Aliaksandr Aheyeu were searched. Computer equipment, telephones, digital and paper data carriers were seized from all of them. After the searches, they were taken to KGB for interrogation. After the interrogation, they were released.
