Petr Ruzavin was arrested next to the Ministry of Internal Affairs headquarters for solitary demonstration in support with arrested journalist Ilya Azar. Ruzavin stood with a poster that said “It’s my birthday today. Azar, come”. Ruzavin was released from the police vehicle.
