Federal Service for Supervision of Transport fined Manyakhin RUB 32,000 under the articles on violation of rules of airspace use (Part 2 of Article 11.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and violation of safety rules of aircraft operation (Part 5 of Article 11.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The journalist was detained in Altai on July 16 for filming from a drone. Recently, he was put in the register of «foreign agents».
