Additional information:

The second attempt to jam the signal of television and radio broadcasting of Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine on the Astra satellite was recorded. The signal was jammed from the Satellite Communications Center Bear Lakes, located in the Moscow region (Russia). The attack lasted for an hour, resulting in the disappearance of channels on the satellite. Broadcasting was soon resumed.
