In one of the restaurants in Yerevan, the Minister of High-Tech Industry Akop Arshakyan attacked journalist Paylak Fahradyan. The journalist, noticing a high-ranking official in the restaurant, approached him and asked what is he doing in the restaurant during working hours. According to the media, the conversation was heated, and the Minister beat the journalist several times, damaging his computer and phone. The General Prosecutor's Office of Armenia sent media publications about the incident to the Special Investigation Service to study and report all incident details.
