The apartment of Pavel Sychev, an opposition activist and former SOTAvision journalist, was searched in Voronezh. The search is presumably connected with a criminal case under the article on the activities of an «undesirable» organisation (Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) against members of the Golos movement: Sychev was not a member of the movement, but was an observer and actively covered every election in Voronezh.
