Law enforcement officers detained the journalist while he was filming a protest action on Partyzansky Avenue. He was taken to the police department, where he was drawn up a report on violating the law on mass events (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). He was held in the detention center until the trial. On September 25, the court found him guilty of participation in a street protest and sentenced him to 15 days of arrest.
