RosPhoto photographer Pavel Daisi was detained in St. Petersburg. He was at the rally as a reporter, with his identification vest and press card. He was held at the police station all night and was only taken to the Vasileostrovsky District Court late in the evening of September 22. The court sentenced Pavel Daisi to 10 days in jail after the unauthorized action. The photographer was arrested under Article 20.2.2. of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for organizing a mass gathering in a public place.
