The Syktyvkar City Court has fined Pavel Andreev, head of the Revolt Center and the publication "7x7", 75,000 rubles (€760) for “public calls to violate Russia’s territorial integrity via the internet” (Article 20.3.2, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The fine was issued over a post on the Telegram channel "7x7". In addition, a criminal case for treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code) has been opened against Andreev. He currently lives outside of Russia.
